DKG NY State South Central Area Council Conference
Saturday, May 21, 2022
"Wonderful Women at Wineries,
Waterfalls and Watkins Glen"

     Castel Grisch Winery
Watkins Glen, NY 14891

DKG sisters had an opportunity to discover Watkins Glen and the Finger Lakes Wine Country as well as relax.
Nancy Spaulding, a fellow DKG sister in Alpha Rho Chapter, shared an excellent presentation about the geology of New York State and the effects of the Ice Age glaciers.  Participants had an opportunity to eat lunch at the winery and then choose to enjoy wine tastings and or hiking at Watkins Glen State Park.

South Central Area Council was pleased to partner with Capital District Area Council in planning and presenting the 2017 Spring Convention and Executive Board Meeting "Sparkle, Shimmer and Shine" at the Otesaga Resort Hotel in Cooperstown April 28-30, 2017.  A great time was had by all attendees!  There was talk that another Convention should be held at the Otesaga sooner rather than later.
